Coffee Meeting Draws S.A. Pair

A local coffee firm executive has had an opportunity to greet and advertise at the same time with the salutation, “Where have you been, old bean?”

Gus Menger, local H.H. Coffee Company president, and his wife, Adele, joined the coffee bean industry’s elite in a four-day convention at Boca Raton, Fla., Monday.

The event brought together representatives of 500 firms for the annual National Coffee Convention.

A New Orleans stopover was also scheduled for the Mengers.
