Assortment of Flower Seeds Offered by Local Company

A big flower seed offer has been announced by a local coffee roaster-packing firm.

The “H&H Master Chef Flower Garden” is the name of the offer. It consists of eight 25 cent packets of genuine Burpee flower seeds, available from the Hoffmann-Hayman Coffee Company for 25 cents and proof of purchase from any one of its famous brands of coffee.

Burpee seeds were selected for their adaptability to the local soil and weather conditions. Included in the group are: Sweet alyssum, dwarf zinnias, zinnias on parade, magic carpet of portulaca and petunias on parade. If properly planted and cultured, the seeds assure the grower of ample cut flowers from early spring until late autumn.

A handy order blank for these Burpee seeds is available on every Hoffmann-Hayman brand of coffee or can be obtained at most grocery stores.
