A recent trend in making coffee is cold brewing. To try making it ourselves we chose a Cold Bruer, another successfully Kickstarted product. By loading freshly ground coffee and cold water, the device is ready to “brew” for 12 hours. It is small enough to fit on a shelf in the refrigerator while water slowly drips through the coffee grounds. Made of glass, silicone and stainless steel it is easy to clean and should last.
