AD SOLD PROPERTY

George W. Dietz’s Advertisement in The Light Gets Results.

As the direct result of an illustrated advertisement in the issue of The Light last Sunday the George W. Dietz Realty Company sold the two-story residence of S. D. Seamonds, Buena Vista and South Pinto streets, to W. E. Hayman for a consideration of $5500.

Mr. Hayman read the advertisement and saw the picture of the property offered for sale and immediately entered into negotiations with Mr. Dietz.

“I don’t take much credit for the sale to myself,” said Mr. Dietz. “The prospective purchaser saw the advertisement and bought the residence at the price it was held.”

Mr. Hayman purchased the property for a permanent home and intends moving from his present location, 331 East Park Avenue.
